Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Pack With Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home accents are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
