Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about preserving your cherished memories.

How long does the flower preservation process take?

Our meticulous preservation process typically takes between 12 to 16 weeks. This includes the professional drying phase, custom design layout, and the multi-layer resin casting process to ensure the highest quality finish.

How should I ship my fresh flowers to you?

Once you place an order, we provide a detailed shipping guide. We recommend overnight shipping and using damp paper towels around the stems (never the blooms) to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Will the colors of my flowers change over time?

While we use high-quality UV-resistant resin, some natural color changes are normal. Deep reds may turn burgundy, and white flowers may take on a creamy or translucent tone. We recommend keeping your piece out of direct sunlight.

Can you preserve flowers that are already dried?

Yes, we can work with pre-dried flowers. However, please note that dried flowers are very fragile and may be more prone to slight breakage during the casting process compared to fresh flowers we dry ourselves.

What is your return policy for custom preservation pieces?

Due to the highly personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Do you offer international shipping for finished products?

Currently, we ship our finished preservation pieces within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the final resin piece.
